Return and Exchange Eligibility
We provide a 14-day return window for all items on our website.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria. Failure to do so may result in denial:
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items with pilling may be refused.
- Items with stains or markings will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors, such as smoke, cologne, or detergent, will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy

- Your Name
- Contact Number
- Your Email
- Order Number
- Required Service (e.g., Size Exchange, Color Exchange, Other Exchange, Return, and Refund)
Exchange Process
- Exchange requests are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days, depending on stock availability.
- Items to be returned will be collected at the time of your new delivery.
- A collection and re-delivery fee of Rs.240/- may apply.
- The entire exchange process typically takes 3-7 working days.
Return for Refund
- Returning items for a refund can be arranged via the same courier service or you may use a reliable courier to send them back to us.
- Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned items.
- The total order value will be refunded, excluding delivery charges.
- Refunds are transferred to your nominated bank account, with a notification and proof of transfer sent to you. This usually takes 2 working days after receiving the returned package.
Important Notes
- If any returned items do not meet our policy requirements, they will be sent back to you immediately.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
